mountain adventures

All prices are per person per night including half board and all ERIKA included services.

• Prices are exclusive of the mandatory resort tax of € 4.80 per person/night.
• Children under 15 years of age do NOT pay the resort tax.
• This is a contribution to the preservation of the natural and cultural treasures of our Stubaital.

There is a 10% discount for the 3rd person in the room.

• Single rooms available upon request.
• Double rooms for single occupancy are charged at the room rate for 2 people - minus € 40.00 per night.

Our children's rates apply to the 3rd and 4th person sharing the parents' room with two full-paying adults.
 

• 0 to 5 years: € 25.00 per child per night
• 5 to 12 years: 50% discount
• 12 to 15 years: 30% discount
• 15 years and older: 10% discount

For stays of up to three nights we charge a short-stay surcharge of € 10.00 per day and person.

• Dogs are welcome upon request (€ 15.00 per night, food is not included).
• We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not permitted in the restaurant area.

• For your booking to become effective, we require a deposit of 30 % of the package price (excluding skipasses).

• Check-in daily from 3:00 pm
• Early check-in can be booked shortly before arrival (subject to availability).
• Otherwise, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and use our facilities.
• Please let us know if you arrive later than 6:00 pm.
   
• Check-out daily between 8:00 am and 11:00 am

• From the reservation confirmation until 42 days prior to arrival, the reservation can be canceled free of charge.
• From 41 to 8 days prior to arrival, the deposit (30% of the package price – excluding skipasses) will be retained as a cancellation fee and converted into a voucher that can be redeemed at any time for an alternative date.
• From 7 days prior to date of arrival, we charge 100% of the package price in case of cancellation.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the room will be charged (minus any breakfast and dinner not consumed).

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
