At lovely ERIKA PURE PANORAMA, you eat with your eyes first and we don't (just) mean Matthias's sophisticatedly prepared gourmet dishes. Here you can enjoy seasonal and regional delights against the scenic backdrop of the mountains. In a highly inspiring ambiance. A variety of dishes are served several times a day. Fortunately, mountain air stimulates the appetite.

There are many good reasons to wake up in the morning, even before the alarm clock rings: a thrill of anticipation of the mountains, an eventful day on the slopes or in the hiking area. Or the smell of oven-fresh bread from the Tirolean bakery and freshly brewed coffee. Let our lovingly prepared breakfast entice you out of bed, enjoying sun-ripened fruits and eggs from Neustift chicken farmer Matthias Moser. Delicious egg dishes just the way you like them. Freshly squeezed juices and a lot more.

A special surprise awaits you at our hotel in the afternoon. Our homemade cake buffet delights you with regional desserts and Tirolean classics. Accompanied by a warming soup with bread and butter. In the afternoon, you should stop back at ERIKA on your bike tour - it's worth it! On Sundays, an extended afternoon snack is available until 7:00 pm as there is no evening meal service on that day.

On select days, ERIKA's dinner menu treats you to a starter from the buffet, a culinary introduction to Matthias's gourmet cooking art. It is followed by a selection of regional and international soups from the buffet. For the main course, you have a daily choice of two options, always including also a vegetarian dish. Crisp salads from the bar accompany your main course. The fine dessert creations by Matthias and a mouth-watering cheese buffet provide the perfect sweet finale.

On the other days, a varied evening buffet awaits you, complemented by a relaxed barbecue evening in summer. Our kitchen is closed on Sunday evenings. Instead, you can enjoy an extended afternoon snack just perfect for a wonderful end to your day.

Our weekly culinary program is as varied as the Stubai Alps (and equally exciting): depending on the season, we serve a 5-course dinner menu from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in the summer and on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in the winter. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, an evening buffet awaits you at the same time: every Thursday we offer a special selection of Austrian delicacies. In summer from mid-June to late September, we organize an outdoor barbecue on Mondays. On Sundays, we are closed for dinner but offer an extended afternoon snack until 7:00 pm. For your convenience, we provide free non-alcoholic beverages from our bar daily from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The highly refreshing Grander water is available all day.

We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements. The daily vegetarian main course is part of our choice of menu and also extremely popular with non-vegetarians as it provides further variety. Kitchen chef Matthias considers individual needs such as celiac disease or lactose intolerance upon prior arrangement - please let us know already before you arrive or even when booking. We currently do not offer vegan cuisine.
