At lovely ERIKA PURE PANORAMA, you eat with your eyes first and we don't (just) mean Matthias's sophisticatedly prepared gourmet dishes. Here you can enjoy seasonal and regional delights against the scenic backdrop of the mountains. In a highly inspiring ambiance. A variety of dishes are served several times a day. Fortunately, mountain air stimulates the appetite.

There are many good reasons to wake up in the morning, even before the alarm clock rings: a thrill of anticipation of the mountains, an eventful day on the slopes or in the hiking area. Or the smell of oven-fresh bread from the Tirolean bakery and freshly brewed coffee. Let our lovingly prepared breakfast entice you out of bed, enjoying sun-ripened fruits and eggs from Neustift chicken farmer Matthias Moser. Delicious egg dishes just the way you like them. A special surprise awaits you at our hotel in the afternoon. Our homemade cake buffet delights you with regional desserts and Tirolean classics. Accompanied by a warming soup with bread and butter. In the afternoon, you should stop back at ERIKA on your bike tour - it's worth it!

Using local ingredients from Stubaital and sophisticated compositions, Matthias turns every evening into a feast for the palate. Add a glass of wine from his favorite winemaker, Gerald Tschida, and a crowning sunset over the peaks on the horizon – simply perfect! ERIKA's dinner menu treats you to an appetizer from the buffet that is a culinary introduction to Matthias's gourmet cuisine. Followed by a soup variety with regional and international soups from the buffet. Then you can choose from two daily options when it comes to the main course: one vegetarian dish is always available. Crunchy salads from the buffet accompany your main course. Matthias' dessert creations and a fine cheese buffet promise a truly delicious finale.

Evening delights always from
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Our weekly culinary program is as varied as the majestic Stubai mountains (and just as exciting): five days a week, we serve a 5-course dinner menu between 6:00 pm and 7:30 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, an evening buffet awaits you at the same time, featuring Austrian delicacies with a special touch on Thursdays. In the summer from mid-June to late September, an open air barbecue is scheduled on Sundays. For your convenience, we offer free non-alcoholic drinks from the drinks bar every day from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The refreshing Grander water is available all day.

We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements. The daily vegetarian main course is part of our choice of menu and also extremely popular with non-vegetarians as it provides further variety. Kitchen chef Matthias considers individual needs such as celiac disease or lactose intolerance upon prior arrangement - please let us know already before you arrive or even when booking. We currently do not offer vegan cuisine.
